The bed in the dorm room was very comfortable, and the kitchen facilities were a nice addition. the owners were incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any requests or questions. the property was conveniently located, with a 24/7 shop across the road and several restaurants within walking distance.
The shower pressure was not strong, and the water temperature was not consistently hot. there was no elevator, so carrying heavy luggage up to the third floor could be tiring.

The value for my money at this hotel was excellent - I got a good stay for an affordable price. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff treated me with friendliness and efficiency.
The only thing that could make the breakfast better is to have a wider variety of breakfast items.

The staff at the on-site tour desk were so helpful and knowledgeable, they could probably arrange a trip to the moon. I also loved their "bed of nails" mattress, a great way to save money on acupuncture sessions!

The receptionist was incredibly helpful, solving our aircon problem with lightning speed and finding us the perfect room. She even arranged a cheap taxi for our early airport departure and woke up in the middle of the night for our checkout. The room had everything we needed, including a spacious bathroom, air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and fridge. The property is clean and has fast Wi-Fi. There's a 24/7 shop across the road and several restaurants nearby. Walking to the beach takes only 8-10 minutes, and a motorbike taxi is always available. The hostel is clean with spacious dorms, and the owner is polite and helpful. Plus, you can rent a motorbike for a bargain price. A good stay and great value for money!

dreams guesthouse & hostel in patong was an oasis in the phuket madness! the staff was lovely and helpful, the room was clean and spacious, and the aircon made our stay comfortable. the location was great - cheap and tasty thai food nearby and about a 15-20 minute walk to bangla road.
Occasional wifi connection issues.
